Nexstar names Adrian Giuhat SVP/CTO

Nexstar Broadcasting Group announced Adrian Giuhat has been named Senior Vice President/Chief Technology Officer, a new position at the Company. The appointment, effective 6/2, reflects Nexstar’s commitment to supporting the rapid development of its digital initiatives and the automated interfacing of its core advertising operations. Giuhat will report directly to Nexstar Broadcasting Group Chief Financial Officer, Matthew Devine.
Prior to joining Nexstar, he served as Chief Technical Officer of AvantGuard Technologies where he defined, developed and marketed web-based products used in numerous capacities, including, video distribution and print advertising.
