Jeff Hoffman has joined Local TV LLC as GM of WTKR-TV (CBS) Norfolk, with the charge from CEO bobby Lawrence to “Take Norfolk Back!” Hoffman, a 15-year TV news and management veteran, was most recently GM of Raycom’s WAFF-TV (NBC) Huntsville, AL.
