AFTRA postpones talks with AMPTP negotiations

AFTRA announced yesterday it will oblige an Alliance of Motion Pictures and Television Producers (AMPTP) request to delay the start of negotiations by a week (to 5/5). The Screen Actors Guild has been in talks with the AMPTP for the last 10 days for a new collective bargaining deal, with little chance of a deal being set before Monday (4/28), when AFTRA was to start its own contract negotiations with AMPTP.
