Idol and Dancing lead, of course

So long as both "American Idol" on Fox and "Dancing With the Stars" on ABC are running two shows each in primetime, you can pretty much bank on the top four spots in the weekly ratings chart. But while Fox dominated the key 18-49 demo, CBS did manage a win in Households with its scripted shows and, importantly, the NCAA basketball tourney.

In HH it was CBS at 6.1/10, Fox 5.9/10, ABC 5.7/9, NBC 5.1/8, Univision 1.9/3, CW 1.5/2, MyNetworkTV 0.8/1, Telemundo 0.6/1, Ion 0.3/1, TeleFutura 0.3/0 and Azteca America 0.1/0.

For the 18-49 demo, the rundown was Fox, CBS, ABC, NBC, Univision, CW, a tie by Telemundo and MyNetworkTV, TeleFutura, and a tie by Ion and Azteca America.
