CBS comes on strong with scripted shows

Fox still won the prized 18-49 demo with its schedule led by "American Idol," but CBS was a strong #2 in the key demo and won the Households ratings race as it brought back a schedule with many new episodes of scripted shows.

In HH it was CBS 7.2/12, with Fox 5.9/10, ABC 4.9/8, NBC 4.2/7, Univision 1.9/3, CW 1.4/2, MyNetworkTV 0.7/1, Telemundo 0.5/1, a tie by Ion and TeleFutura at 0.3/1 and Azteca America 0.1/0.

In 18-49 it was Fox, CBS,ABC, NBC, Univision, CW, Telemundo, MyNetworkTV, TeleFutura and a tie by Ion and Azteca America.

Season-to-date, CBS pulled back into a tie with Fox for HH ratings, while Fox still leads for total viewership, 18-49 and other major demos.
