A new number two! Well, at least a tie

"Judge Judy" still rules the roost in syndicated television, but there's a surprise in second place in the latest report from the Syndicated Network Television Association (SNTA), based on data from Nielsen Media Research. "Two and a Half Men" from Warner Brothers Television Distribution tied with perennial powerhouse "Wheel of Fortune."
