Would this help, or hurt ratings?

We’re not sure, but apparently this Accuweather.com meteorologist is not with a local affiliate -- yet. Perhaps he should be picked up by one -- just for the (potential) ratings-grabbing theatrics. This is some seriously disturbed weather reporting on the recent snowstorm in Baltimore that some will find this just plain stupid. However, we think it's hilarious. It’s all over the net if you haven’t seen it yet, but take a look-see – it’s more performance art than weather forecasting!
