"Yoga for Life" returns for 2nd season to Veria
HD TV net Veria's popular fitness series, Yoga for Life, is returning for Season 2. Hosted by yoga master and official yoga instructor for the Texas Rangers and Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Kurt Johnsen, Yoga for Life helps people not only drop their pounds, but also their excess emotional baggage.
The new season, featuring 20 one-hour episodes, boasts a new take on the traditional “yoga class” and offers viewers the chance to regain their health and happiness in a way that’s easy, fun and rewarding.

Veria TV is available on Channel 218 on the Dish Network and Channel 162 on Verizon FiOS.
