Hispanic operator fields a comebacker
In another sign-of-the-times deal, Hispanic Christian Community Network, headed by Antonio Cesar Guel, is picking up KZOD-LP Odessa TX from Italcast Corporation. HCCN should be quite familiar with the facility – it sold the station to Italcast over two years ago for $60K. But Italcast is in default, and the matter is being settled by returning the station to HCCN in return for forgiveness of debt.
