The transaction sending KCOY-TV/KKFX-CA in Santa Barbara/Santa Maria CA and KION-TV/KMUV-LP Monterey-Salinas from Newport Television to multimedia Cowles Company has made it to the finish line, according to the brokers at Kalil & Company. The $41M deal features two CBS affiliates, the two full power stations; Fox on KKFXC-CA and Telemundo on KMUV-LP.
