Nevada TV moving to new owner

When you think of television markets in Nevada, you have to think of Las Vegas and Reno. KVNV-TV Ely is just about equidistant from both, which of course means it’s close to neither. North of Vegas and east of Reno, it is the right angle of a triangle with the lines running to the two markets running about 250 miles, give or take, although Vegas is the closer of the two. The station is going from Sunbelt Communications to PMCM TV LLC, for an undisclosed price. According to brokerage Kalil & Co., the buyer is based in New Hampshire and this acquisition will mark its first broadcast property.
