Desperate year for Golden Globes?

"Desperate Housewives" scored big for ABC, winning five Golden Globe nominations, including best comedy or musical series. The Golden Globes awards will be handed out by the Hollywood Foreign Press Association at a nationally televised awards ceremony on NBC on January 16. Here's the list of TV nominees.
