$3M TV CP Flint-Saginaw-Bay City MI (Bay City MI) from Vista Communications Inc. (John Stebbins)/Pelican Broadcasting Co. Inc. (David Maltz) to ACME Television LLC (Jamie Kellner, Douglas Gealy et al). Pelican will withdraw competing application for CP, ceding it to Vista, and then ACME will pay each $1.5M.
