(1)   Daylight Savings Time begins Sunday, April 4, 2004 and will not be included in the March or April 2004 measurements.

(2)   Memorial Day will be observed on Monday, May 31, 2004, and will not be included in the May 2004 measurement.

(3)   Independence Day will be observed on Monday July 5, 2004, and will not be included in the July 2004 measurement.

(4)   The local market Model Year Change is scheduled for Saturday, September 25, 2004, and will not be included in any ViP measurement period.

(5)   Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, October 31, 2004 and will not be included in either the October 2004 or November 2004 measurements.

(6)   Thanksgiving Day is Thursday, November 25, 2004, and will be included in the November 2004 measurement.

(7)   Christmas Day is Saturday, December 25, 2004, and will be included in the December 2004 measurement.

(8)  Daylight Saving Time begins Sunday, April 3, 2005 and will not be included under the current plan.  However, April 2005 may be changed to a 4-week period March 31–April 27, 2005, which would include Daylight Savings Time change.  (A decision will be announced at a later time.)

(9)  Memorial Day will be observed on Monday, May 30, 2005, and will not be included in the May 2005 measurement.

(10)  Independence Day will be observed on Monday July 4, 2005, and will be included in the July 2005 measurement.

 (11)  The local market Model Year Change is scheduled for Saturday, September 24, 2005, and will not be included in any ViP measurement period.

 (12)  Daylight Saving Time ends Sunday, October 30, 2005 and will not be included in either the October or November 2005 measurements.

 (13) Thanksgiving Day is Thursday, November 24, 2005, and will be included in the November 2005 measurement.
