B-101 Philadelphia owner Jerry Lee tells RBR-TVBR that starting at 11 am ET you can see the auction of his James Bond 1964 Aston Martin DB5 live with steaming video.
The car lot is #197 and should go on the block about 4 pm ET. The DB5, dubbed by auto auctioneers RM Auctions as the “world’s most famous car,” is expected to fetch anywhere from $5-$15 million. Lee convinced the Aston Martin Lagonda factory to sell it for to him $12,000 in 1969, becoming its first and only ex-factory owner. Lee plans to use the proceeds from the sale for the Jerry Lee Foundation.
