Than Any Broadcast Network Among Adults 18-49 vs. Same Week Last Year. Univision Highlights – NPM Broadcast Prime Week of 10/04/10
• For the third week of the 2010-11 Season, Univision had the highest growth compared to ABC, CBS, NBC, FOX or CW versus the same week last year in overall primetime among Adults 18-49 (+6%).
• Last week, Univision out-delivered ABC, CBS, NBC or FOX on 6 out of 7 nights among Adults 18-34, on 2 out of 7 nights among Adults 18-49 and on 4 out of 7 nights among Teens 12-17.
• Univision finished the week as the #5 broadcast network in overall primetime among Total Viewers 2+ (3.9 million), Adults 18-49 (2.0 million) and Adults 18-34 (1.1 million); beating CW.), Univision was the #1 broadcast network among Kids 2-11 (489,000) last week, out-delivering its closest competitor, FOX, by +31%.
• Univision delivered +30% more young Adults 18-34 (1.1 Million) than the CW in primetime last week.
• On Friday night, Univision was the #1 most-watched broadcast network in primetime among Adults 18-34 (1.2 million) and Teens 12-17 (218,000), and ranked #2 among Adults 18-49 (2.1 million) ahead of ABC, NBC, FOX, and CW.
• The top two most-watched programs on Friday night among Adults 18-34 were Univision’s #1 “Soy Tu Dueña” (Woman of Steel) and #2 “Hasta Que El Dinero Nos Separe” (For Love or Money). Additionally, “Soy Tu Dueña” (Woman of Steel) was also the #1 program on Friday night among Adults 18-49.
• In the M-F/8pm hour, “Hasta Que El Dinero Nos Separe” (For Love or Money) helped Univision rank #3 among Adults 18-34 (1.3 million), beating ABC, NBC and CW.
• “Soy Tu Dueña” (Woman of Steel) made Univision the #2 most watched network , behind ABC, in the M-F/9pm hour among Adults 18-34 (1.8 million) and Women 18-34 (912,000); and ranked #4 among Total Viewers 2+ (5.5 million), Adults 18-49 (3.0 million), Women 18-49 (1.6 million) and Teens 12-17 (232,000).
• In the third week of the 2010-11 Season, Univision was the #1 broadcast network in the M-F/10pm hour among Teens 12-17 (201,000); out-delivering its closest competitor, CBS, by +6%. Univision’s checkerboard programming helped the network attain the #3 position at 10pm among Adults 18-34 (943,000), beating NBC.
• “Sábado Gigante” (Giant Saturday) helped Univision attain the #3 position on Saturday night among Adults 18-34 (504,000) and Teens 12-17 (118,000); and ranked #4 , beating NBC, among Adults 18-49(1.0 million).
• Sunday’s fourth episode of “¡Mira Quién Baila!” (Look Who’s Dancing!) averaged its 2nd highest-rated audience levels since the premiere (9/12/10) with 3.8 million Total Viewers 2+, 1.8 million Adults 18-49 and 961,000 Adults 18-34. The dance competition experienced significant week-to-week audience increases among Total Viewers 2+ (+17%), Adults 18-34 (+24%) and among Adults 18-49 (+10%).
