ESPN’s “Monday Night Football” moved back up to the #2 spot, behind only “NBC Sunday Night Football,” in the weekly rankings for all of television compiled by the Television Bureau of Advertising (TVB), based on data from The Nielsen Company. In all cable/satellite networks put eight shows in the top 100 for the 18-49 demo.
