WFUV featuring five decades in five days


Fordham University’s WFUV-FM NYC is asking listeners, why just a decade, why not a half century?  The station, known the world over for its rock and roots mix, will draw on its vast library to play songs from the 60s right through the 00s, focusing on a different decade each day throughout its winter membership drive, from January 25th-29th.   Listeners can share their memories on the air, as well as on WFUV’s Facebook, Youtube (where the station will award a prize for the best video) and Twitter pages.  In keeping with the theme, WFUV hosts will post their own lists of top ten favorite tracks from each decade at
