The legal team of Todd Clem, known by his air name “Bubba The Love Sponge,” continues to try and get Nielsen’s lawsuit against Clem and the Bubba Radio Network dismissed.
In the latest filing in civil court in Florida obtained by RBR+TVBR, Clem’s attorneys seek permission to briefly respond to “new legal and factual arguments” raised in Nielsen’s opposition to dismissal.
