Comcast said Thursday it will pay $41 a share in cash to purchase DreamWorks Animation, in a deal they value at $3.8 billion.
When the deal closes, which is expected by year-end, DreamWorks would be folded into Comcast’s Universal Filmed Entertainment Group.
