WKSH-AM sold in Milwaukee

SoldRadio Disney Group, LLC has sold 10-kW WKSH-AM to Starboard Media Foundation, Inc. The broker for Radio Disney was Bill Schutz of Williamsburg, VA-based Schutz & Company. The price was $725K. Starboard is a Catholic broadcaster that owns the Relevant Radio network. Schutz tells RBR-TVBR Starboard has a non-comm 3-kW Class A FM to the north of the city that is not full-market. WKSH will help fill in spots the FM doesn’t reach. The deal is expected to close by late June or early July.
