WQWVThunder Associates is buying the Country outlet in Fisher, WV from McGuire Broadcasting. The station serves the serving the Petersburg/Moorefield, WV area. It’s 310 watts @ 1,385 ft. HAAT. The price was $300K and was announced 3/14.

In other filings, Sovereign City Communications’ J&B WCNZ/WVOI, LLC is selling 10-kW Classic Country WCNZ-AM 1660 and 1-kW Classic Country WVOI-AM Marco Island, FL to Almodovar Media for $320K. Both stations simulcast WMYR-AM 1410/106.7 in Fort Myers, FL.

The estate of Doanld A. Swanson is selling Religious KZOI-AM in the Sioux City, IA market to Cup o’ Dirt LLC for $12K.
