YMF Media, previously Inner City Broadcasting, closed on the sale of Chinese-language KVTO-AM Berkeley, CA and Vietnamese-language KVVN-AM San Jose, CA to Pham Radio Communication, LLC. Media Venture Partners represented YMF in this $6 million transaction.
