Emmis’ WRXP-FM NYC “The New York Rock Experience” announced The 101.9 RXP Summer Concert Series, taking place at The Williamsburg Waterfront in Brooklyn throughout the summer. The first show will take place on 6/25 and feature Silversun Pickups with special guests Against Me! and The Henry Clay People. More dates and artists t/b/a.
The announcement was made this morning on The Rock Show with Matt Pinfield and Leslie Fram. “We couldn’t think of a better way to celebrate the warm weather and spend time with our listeners than hosting several rock shows at the beautiful Williamsburg Waterfront,” said PD and The Rock Show co-host Leslie Fram. Pinfield added, “we’re bringing some of RXP’s biggest acts to Brooklyn all summer long and I couldn’t be more excited!”
Tickets go on sale to the general public this 4/24 at Noon.
