In honor of the occasion, the $100,000 Grand Prize is now $100,000 Best of Show with all finalists in all categories eligible to win. A new Radio Campaign prize will also be awarded. The awards competition is also officially open for submissions. The ceremony will take place 10/4 in New York during Advertising Week.
In addition to the $100,000 Best of Show, the Radio Mercury Awards will hand out prizes for best Radio Campaign and Integrated Radio Campaign, along with prizes for Agency/Production Company, Radio Station-Produced, Spanish-Language, Student-Produced and PSA. Entry deadline to the 2011 Radio Mercury Awards competition is 7/15.
