The cable wing of Cox, Cox Communications Inc., is issuing unsecured notes to pay off debt, and also to issue a massive dividend to Cox Enterprises Inc. Moody’s sees no reason to change its outlook.
In general, Moody’s is a fan of CCI’s conservative debt profile.
