A Colonial Capture For A Religious Broadcaster

In April, Jeff Andrulonis made it clear that his Colonial Media + Entertainment would now be largely focusing on radio stations in the Carolinas, rather than in the Twin Tiers of New York which borders Pennsylvania.

Then, an entity based in Scranton led by a first-time radio station owner made a deal to acquire three FMs and two translators serving Olean, N.Y., and Bradford, Pa., from Colonial for $615,600.

Now, a Class A offering “today’s New Country and Yesterday’s Throwbacks” is set to pray a little bit more.
