For one day, the Conrad New York hotel on Tuesday (9/18) was perhaps the epicenter of media industry power and leadership.
The hotel, just a block from One World Trade Center, played host to the Goldman Sachs 28th Annual Communacopia Conference — a major investor gathering featuring presentations, fireside chats and Q&A sessions commanding some of the biggest names in visual and audio media.
Among those in attendance: ViacomCBS’s forthcoming CEO, and the CFO of the combined company, pending regulatory approval.
