In a deal dated April 25, Spanish Peaks Radio Group is agreeing to purchase KIQN-FM 103.3 in the small Southern Colorado city from Pueblo Broadcasting Group.

It’s a deal worth just $1,000.

A 50% deposit has been made.

The buyer is led by Peggy Bartholomew, while the seller is led by Steven Bartholomew.

The APA did not explain their relationship, and the circumstances leading to the transfer of control of KIQN.

Pueblo is market No. 237 as ranked by Nielsen Audio, however KIQN did not subscribe to the market’s ratings services.
