The Local Radio Freedom Act (LRFA), which signals Members of Congress’s opposition to any potential legislation that imposes new performance royalties on broadcast radio stations for music airplay, continues to gain support from both the House of Representatives and the Senate.
As such, performance rights group musicFIRSTÂ is making a desperate plea to its supporters by asking them to write to their Member of Congress “and keep their name off of LRFA.”
