Financial institutions from banks to mortgage lenders have been increasing their marketing efforts in recent months as the economy continues to show signs of improvement.
But, what about credit card companies? One is using radio, and they are back on the latest Media Monitors Radio Spot Ten report.
Discover returned to the top 10, after finishing at No. 18 last week. The credit card brand, at No. 7, aired 24,190 spots.
Meanwhile, the QSR category continues to believe in radio: Burger King debuts at No. 9 thanks to the airing of 18,977 commercials, while Wendy’s inched upward to No. 10, with 17,604 spots.
