U.S. financial markets saw small overall gains on Tuesday, while media stocks showed little movement in a quiet trading day on Wall Street.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average improved 39.03, to 20,689.24. Nasdaq was up 3.93, to 5,898.61.
Tribune Media improved 1.6%, to $37.95, while the E.W. Scripps Co. gained 1.3%, to $23.41.
Decliners include Nexstar Media Group, off 0.2%, to $69.15.
