Building on its lead-in at 10pm and hitting summer highs for ABC in the time period, A Special Edition of 20/20 ranked #1 during the hour with Adults 18-49 and Adults 25-54. From losing weight to looking great to pampered pets to designer shoes, ABC’s 20/20 took a look at the latest and greatest obsessions. The program included previously aired segments. Boosting its slot week to week by 46% in Total Viewers, by 63% in Adults 18-49 and by 78% in Adults 25-54, 20/20 scored ABC’s highest ratings in the hour this summer in both key Adult measures.
