ABC’s “Kimmel” Draws its Largest Audience in 9 Weeks and Is Up by 6% in Viewers Over the Year-Ago Week. “JKL” Beats NBC’s “Fallon” in Viewers for the 5th Time in 6 Weeks. “JKL” Beats CBS’ “Ferguson” Across All Key Women Demos With Guests Josh Duhamel, Shorty Rossi and John Maher, “JKL” Draws its Most-Watched Friday Telecast Ever  
 
Weekly National Ratings:
During the week of January 25, 2010, ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” drew its largest audience (1.72 million) in 9 weeks and highest Adults 18-49 number (706,000) in 7 weeks – since w/o 11/23/09 and w/o 12/07/09, respectively.  In addition, the ABC late-night program was up in Total Viewers over the same week last year by 6% (1.62 million on w/o 1/26/09).  


ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” beat NBC’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” by 40% in Total Viewers (1.72 million vs. 1.23 million), topping the NBC late-night program in viewers for the 5th time in the last 6 weeks.  

“Jimmy Kimmel Live” bettered CBS’ “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” across each of the key Women demographics: Women 18-34 (155,000 vs. 154,000), Women 18-49 (398,000 vs. 373,000) and Women 25-54 (463,000 vs. 461,000).  

On Friday (1/29/10), featuring guests Josh Duhamel from “When in Rome,” host Shorty Rossi and musical guests John Mayer, “JKL” matched its most-watched Friday telecast ever (2.21 million).  The “JKL” Friday telecast outperformed the Friday telecasts of “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” by 25% (1.77 million) and “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” by 51% (1.46 million).
