ABC’s “Kimmel” draws its largest audience in 3 months

“JKL” Better NBC’s “Fallon” in Total Viewers for the 2nd Straight Week. “JKL” Outperforms CBS’ “Ferguson” Across All Key Women Demos  For the 2nd Week in a Row.


Weekly National Ratings:

During the week of May 3, 2010, ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” was up over the prior week in Total Viewers (1.75 million vs. 1.73 million) for the 2nd consecutive week.  In fact, “Kimmel” drew its largest overall audience in 3 months – since w/o 2/8/10.  In addition, “JKL” was up by 11% in Total Viewers (1.75 million vs. 1.58 million) over the same week last year.
 
For the week, ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live” bettered NBC’s “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon” in Total Viewers (+9% – 1.75 million vs. 1.60 million) for the 2nd straight week.  Season to date, “JKL” is attracting 7% more viewers overall than NBC’s “Fallon” (1.66 million vs. 1.55 million).  

“Jimmy Kimmel Live” defeated CBS’ “The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson” for the 2nd week in a row across each of the key Women demographics: Women 18-34 (+11% – 155,000 vs. 140,000), Women 18-49 (+22% – 431,000 vs. 352,000) and Women 25-54 (+9% – 512,000 vs. 468,000).
