ACA has Problems with AT&T/DirecTV Merger

ACA / American Cable AssociationNAB and the big four networks aren’t the only ones with concerns about a merged AT&T and DirecTV. The American Cable also raised concerns in an ex parte meeting with the FCC.


The overarching concern of ACA is that the greater vertical and horizontal asset profile of the merged entity will inflict “harms upon competition.”
