ACA Seizes on Broadcast Good Faith Complaint

NegotiateThe petition filed by Northwest Broadcasting charging DirecTV with a lack of good faith in a retransmission consent negotiation has come to the attention of the American Cable Association, which suggests that it would be good for broadcasters to sign on to the provisions of the defunct Local Choice Act.


ACA believes the NWB complaint is unique in that it steps away from NAB “talking points.”
