An ownership lineup change at Access.1 back in 2013 resulted in a pair of FM stations being placed in the hands of Elliot Evers as trustee. Now, with conditions substantially changed, and the particulars of the deal stand the usual trust/divestiture scenario on its head.
Usually, the stations in the trust are the ones to be sold. This time around, it’s all the other stations.
