FOX NewsAdam Carolla has joined the Fox News Channel as a contributor–primarily on The O’Reilly Factor. Carolla, who has competed in reality TV shows like Dancing With the Stars and The Celebrity Apprentice and also is host of the most popular podcast in the U.S. Carolla had appeared on Fox News here and there but has now been signed, The Hollywood Reporter learned Thursday.

On Factor, Carolla will assume a role similar to that of comedian and radio host Dennis Miller, who appears on the show weekly to comment on political and social issues.

Carolla is set to make his first appearance as a Factor contributor 10/29, and will likely return each Monday, while Miller remains a staple on Wednesdays, said the story.
