Alabama FM Translator Deletion Upheld By Shuldiner

In February 2014, the FCC approved a license to cover for a brand-new FM translator licensed to Fish Pond, Ala.

Today, it is a deleted FM translator station, most recently licensed to Mooresville, Ala., near the Huntsville metropolitan area.

The licensee that lost the facility filed a Petition for Reconsideration with the Media Bureau’s Audio Division, through counsel Lee Peltzman of Shainis & Peltzman.

The request was denied.
