WTSX-FM Lehman Township PA and WDLC-AM Port Jervis NY are in the same vicinity, but don’t quite manage to get any primary contour overlap. Nevertheless, the duo is going to a new owner, who will be able to provide an AM partner for WDLC.

The stations are going from James T. Morley’s Neversink Broadcasting Company LLC. The buyer is Charles Williamson, who owns WYNY-AM Milford PA under licensee name Digital Radio Broadcasting. He’s using a name similar to the seller’s in the current deal, however, buying as Neversink Radio LLC.

The value of the deal is $300K. $25K will go into an escrow account held by the brokerage of record, Kozacko Media Services, which worked on behalf of the seller. Another $200K will be paid in cash at closing, and a note will be struck for the remaining $75K. An LMA was scheduled to kick in 3/1/12.

The stations, all of which share coverage area if you take into account their secondary signals, are in the vicinity of both the Newburgh-Middletown NY and Sussex NJ Arbitron markets.
