WASHINGTON, D.C. — As part of his questioning of some of the radio industry’s leading figures at the FCC Media Bureau symposium on current and future broadcast media trends, Jacobs Media Strategies President Fred Jacobs asked the group for their individual prognoses of the state of AM radio.

The CEO of one publicly traded company pretty much said it’s dead, attracting the attention of a crowd that was bigger than the one seen later in the day for a TV industry session.
