American Idol limps home with Wednesday win

Fox’s now aging talent show failed to break into the 3’s 18-49, and it wasn’t the highest rated show for the night – that honor went to ABC’s Modern Family – but it still helped Fox to a Wednesday win. CBS edged ABC for 2nd, and NBC was 4th ahead of Univision.
