American Restaurant Concepts, operator and franchisor of Dick’s Wings & Grill restaurants, has entered into a partnership with the Jacksonville Jaguars to serve as a sponsor for the next three football seasons. The company currently has 15 full-service restaurants and 2 express restaurants. 16 of the restaurants are located in Florida, with one in Georgia.
ARC will market the Dick’s Wings & Grill brand at all Jaguars preseason and regular season home football games at EverBank Field with concourse signage, radio advertising during Jaguars Game Day and either the Tailgate Show or Countdown to Kickoff, a rotating banner on the Jaguars.com website, and email blasts to season ticket holders throughout the season.
In addition, ARC obtained the right to operate a concession stand in the “Bud Light Party Zone” at EverBank Field during the Jaguars’ preseason home games, the Jaguars’ regular season home games, the Florida/Georgia college football game and the Gator Bowl. ARC also obtained certain rights to operate the concession stand during the Jaguars’ home playoff games. ARC assigned all of the concession stand rights to an unrelated third party that is operating the concession stand as a free-standing Dick’s Wings & Grill restaurant. ARC is receiving a monthly fee in return for the assignment.
