Democratic House Member Jerrold Nadler has proven to be an outspoken supporter of recording artists and increased royalty payments for songwriters and performers alike. He has many detractors, including execs at Pandora.
Nadler has just brewed up a new bill dubbed the “American Royalties Too Act of 2018” just days after the heralded Music Modernization Act passed Congress.
This time around, radio need not worry about Nadler.
