american target networkDirect response radio buying specialist Brett Charest has joined American Target Network as Vice President of Radio Networks to lay the groundwork for expanding American Target Network’s radio products.


American Target Network (ATN) creates unwired media networks that deliver flexible, customizable national, regional and local advertising buys at deeply discounted rates. ATN is a proprietary unwired network that offers advertisers access to the nation’s 70 most watched Cable TV networks—covering 87.5 million homes–for a fraction of the usual cost.

Most recently, Charest was Media Buying Director at Barrington Media Group, where he tripled the company’s media billings. He began his career in radio at Hartford’s WMRQ-FM and then moved into marketing and promotion with Clear Channel, where he was responsible for four stations. Charest then jumped to the agency side, becoming Operations Manager at Mediaworx LLC, before moving on to Barrington.

Charest, who will operate out of American Target Network’s West Coast office, will be primarily responsible for network development and affiliate relations. Currently, American Target Network serves many of the nation’s leading brands with its ATN Network.
