ANA Masters To Learn About iHeart’s Lessons on ‘Altering Marketing’

Three days of non-stop virtual presentations began Wednesday for those registered to attend the all-online ANA Masters of Marketing Conference, normally a major networking and learning affair held at the Rosen Shingle Creek in Orlando.


In 2019, Radio had a significant presence at the venue. This year, iHeartMedia is in the spotlight, as its CMO will be the final presenter on Thursday.

At exactly 4:37pm Eastern, Gayle Troberman, the Chief Marketing Officer at iHeart, will offer a 29-minute presentation under the title “Lessons Learned from Altering Marketing Due to COVID Times.”

It follows a session with the name “You Gotta Be Bold” offered by General Mills CMO Ivan Pollard, and represents a big branding opportunity for iHeartMedia, the nation’s No. 1 audio media company.

And, it culminates a day during which Pandora Group Creative Directors Roger Gehrmann and Chelsea Campbell will offer an “Audio First Creative Innovation” session from 10:51am-11:02am.

Troberman joined iHeart for her current role in October 2014. It was a newly created position, and saw Troberman come aboard after serving as IPG Mediabrands’ Chief Marketing and Ideas Officer. Before that, Troberman spent 16 years at Microsoft as Chief Creative Officer.
