BOSTON — In his surprise win on Super Tuesday of the Democratic primaries, former Vice President Joe Biden showed the value of having the right media mix.
Texas in particular proved to be Biden’s best “petri dish.” Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders was heavily tipped to win the Lone Star State but had to settle for second.
