Urban One kicked off November by revealing the final results of its offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 7.375% Senior Secured Notes due 2022 for new notes to be issued by the African American consumer-targeted media company.
It’s also got the official tally for its consent solicitations and a plan to codify “certain amendments” to its existing notes indenture.
