And They’re Off: Title II Going to Court

internet2FCC Chairman Tom Wheeler said that no matter what the FCC did, its Title II-invoking net neutrality ruling was going to be subject to legal challenges. In ruling as it did in a 3-2 party line vote, the FCC pretty much guaranteed the courts were in its future, and two lawsuits have now been filed.


They are coming from USTelecom and Alamo.
